[/caption]According to Lupita Jones, the head of Nuestra Belleza México Organization, Gabriela Palacio Díaz has been selected to represent Mexico in Miss World 2011. Palacio is the firt runner-up to Cynthia de la Vega, who was dethroned recently. Palacio from Aguascalientes is 21 year old and stands 1.79 m. She represented Mexico in Miss International 2010 in Chengdu, China and won the Miss Photogenic Award.
